An old fashion method of boiling water in a pot, adding coffee grounds, and then slowly pour the coffee into a cup so the coffee grounds stay at the bottom of the pot.    

Pros: Low acidity, minimal equipment, rich taste, brew one whole pot.
Cons: Bitter taste if over cooked.
